We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery, but with custom items there is no returns. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we, unfortunately, cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. It should also be accompanied by the original proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.
